Overall Satisfaction with Gusto

I use it to track my employment pay.

Pros

  • Dashboard clarity.
  • Ease of tabs.
  • Timely paycheck emails.

Cons

  • Paycheck status has no details on it regarding any amounts.
  • Budgeting seems unnecessary for Gusto, that should be a feature just for banking apps.
  • I like that it's automatic and I don't have to remind someone for my paycheck.
  • Prevents a lot of human error.
  • Reliable and timely every paycheck.
Everything is organized clearly on Gusto. I can find what I need quickly, from paystub to employment information to tax documents, when I need it, without wasting time. The tax documents are a big plus. It is easy to log into, and I appreciate the two-step verification.

Yes

The tax forms are easily accessible and visible. I can download them on my phone and upload them to my tax app easily. I can track my paychecks and earnings. I don't use Gusto budgeting, giving, insurance discounts, Wallet App, or Spending Tracker. To be honest, I don't see any benefit in those features. If anything, my private banking app would be a more appropriate platform for budget tracking if I needed it rather than Gusto.
