Overall Satisfaction with Gusto

We use Gusto for payrole and PTO request.

Pros

  • Gusto handles PTO submittals very well
  • Gusto manages all the tax deductions and benefit deductions very well
  • Gusto also is very user friendly
  • Integrates with Intuit TSheets very well

Cons

  • Time tracking
  • More options concerning PTO accrual for different shifts
  • Frees up the HR department's work load.
It's great
TSheets tracks time very well but does not support payrole.
