Overall Satisfaction with Gusto

I use Gusto for pay information and anything regarding benefits that my job offers to me as an employee. I really enjoy how everything is in one portal compared to other jobs which have confusing portals for benefits and pay.

Cons

  • having spending insights for people who do not have the Gusto card
  • I like the simplicity of it
It is by far the easiest portal I've had to use for a job. It breaks down pay periods really easily, it's easy to adjust hours in case I forget to clock in/out, I enjoy how benefits are easily viewable through the sidebar, etc.
