Overall Satisfaction with Gusto

Our small company utilizes Gusto for payroll purposes. Their system handles all of our State Unemployment taxes and notifies me of current tasks within the portal that need attention. They also remind me of when my bi-weekly payroll is to be completed.

Pros

  • Quick response to questions.
  • Ease in running payroll.
  • Shows what is needed for compliance.

Cons

  • I don't have any areas of improvement to offer at this time!
  • We don't utilize this particular product.
Gusto provides all of the tools that we currently utilize.
Gusto is very easy to use and navigate around their site. It offers individual care and concern when I run into a situation Where they speak English! They are easy to understand.

I've worked with customer service agents who've provided friendly banter and great resolution! I shared my previous experiences with other payroll companies, and they weren't aware of how to split commission payments for employees...a win-win situation all around!
