Overall Satisfaction with Gusto
Everything I need to do is very easy using Gusto. If I'm unsure it's easy to find answers from using the help guides to talking to people to walk me through the steps. We're very satisfied with Gusto!
Pros
- easy to complete payroll from anywhere
- easy to pay contractors from anywhere
- using the help guide explains everything is a step by step sequence
Cons
- everything has always worked well
- don't know of any improvements needed
- never had a negative problem
- This program has turned payroll from an hour job to a 5 minute process
- Since you can login on from anywhere it has saved me an hour round trip drive to the shop every week
- I don't have to worry about taxes, now since Gusto does all of that for me saving me hours every month
