Overall Satisfaction with Gusto

I use Gusto to request time off, check my benefits, adjust my 401k and see my payroll. Gusto also provides easy access to my paystubs and my organization's management tree.

Pros

  • User friendly webpage with nice aesthetics
  • Request PTO and see upcoming PTO
  • Easy access to view employee health insurance benefits

Cons

  • Would be cool to access company stock options
  • Would be nice to see reasons for past requested PTO (e.g., sick days vs vacations)
  • I am not the right person at my company to answer this question effectively
Gusto's webpage layout makes it easy to navigate to the direct page I'm looking for, be it requesting PTO, checking my paystub, etc. Gusto also provides easy access to external resources to make adjustments to my 401k.

Gusto has been a good tool for my company (50-100 employees) to track and manage paystubs and requested time off. It has a simple layout for more minimalist style, but effective functionality.
