Overall Satisfaction with Gusto

tracking hours worked, sick & vacation pay accrued, and time off requests. Gusto helps with geofencing to ensure employees are at the right location for clocking hours

Pros

  • simple
  • effective
  • straightforward

Cons

  • adding more locations for geofencing for lunches
  • make it easier to know how much time off you have after you submit a request (if it’s in the same pay period it doesn’t update)
  • tracking overall hours
  • good notification system to employees
love the simplistic design and the cute piggie!
Paychex flex is a little more difficult to navigate

clocking in and out within a geofence is great except when employee has to travel from that area and then their lunch is outside that zone but that’s where they’re suppose to be even though it says it’s not
