Overall Satisfaction with Gusto
I am an owner of a small business and do not have the need to hire a full time HR/Payroll person for my company and our accountant recommended that we look at Gusto - What a pleasant surprise.
The app is intuitive and easy to use, it walks you through the process of setting up your payroll and allows you to adjust for salary increases, bonuses or commissions. As the owner, it takes the local and federal taxes out and processes them for you so you don't have to deal with that and then tells you how much it will be taking out of your bank account - awesome, so I know how much I'm going to need to have in my account to cover payroll.
If you're a small company like mine, this is a great app to use and I would recommend to my friends.
