Overall Satisfaction with Gusto
Gusto is a very user-friendly application for running my business. I use it for my payroll, for my taxes, both state and federal taxes, and it's just great. They handle everything for me. I do very little. I definitely wouldn't recommend it. It is very easy to onboard new employees as well as releasing ex-employees

- Handle all my State & Fedral taxes
- Keeps my business in compliance with Fedral & state
- Run Payroll seamlessly
Cons
- need to remind user if a billing payment is due
- The ROI has been good for me
