Overall Satisfaction with Gusto
Gusto is a requirement for me with my current employer, but it really is an easy financial tool to use. Transferring between my accounts is easy, there is an instant option available if I need it. I also like having the debit card specifically for my Gusto account. It makes it easy to manage my Gusto spending vs. my regular financial institution spending. One other useful feature is the spending insights online/on the app. This basically breaks your spending into different categories like food, home, shopping, etc. It gives a good look at what you are spending on, and the auto-categorization is pretty good.
Pros
- Easy to use App
- UX and user interface are well designed
- easy to onboard and sign up for benefits
- the little pig loading screen is adorable
Cons
- send reminders about forms not signed
- better description of Premium compared to other plans
- helpful for employees
- its difficult to access some features without a cell phone available (i.e. online/web access only) [i am an employee, not an owner]
