Overall Satisfaction with Gusto

I use Gusto for onboarding, payroll, and tax deductions for my small business, and it has been a solid platform overall. The integration between onboarding and tax documentation makes the entire process much smoother and far less stressful. Having tax information automatically tied to employee onboarding saves time and reduces the risk of errors.

  • Cost may cause us to discontinue due to inflation.
I appreciate the dashboard and the ability to modify, adjust, and provide withholdings for payroll. The emails run before payroll are helpful and enable reimbursement and other features, making the office run more smoothly.

Gusto is also suited to the onboarding process. Additionally, I appreciate that they re-ran payroll the one time that the deposit had not cleared my account, allowing me to pay my employees on time.
