Overall Satisfaction with Harvest

Harvest is how my company managers multiple clients as a digital marketing company. I am able to send invoices, and track time all in one location. Not only can you send detailed invoices for hourly clients but you can auto send retainers. Some of my clients also don’t want to think about paying their bill each month so they opted into auto pay which takes out the money each month for them.

Cons

  • Autopay could be easier to implement.
  • Saves month by allowing me to have a timer available so I don’t go over hours
  • Easy billing so I don’t forget to invoice
  • Paypal options for lower transaction fees
It’s so great I haven’t had to use it!

If you need a way to time yourself and have multiple clients who pay in different ways then Harvest is great for you. You don’t have to create invoices every month, as they can be auto created and sent. This wouldn’t be for you if didn’t need a timer to go along with your invoicing.
