As a dedicated user of Harvest, I've found it to be an invaluable asset in both tracking time and managing project timelines. Initially, I adopted Harvest for personal time management, but its utility quickly extended to overseeing our team of contractors. The intuitive interface simplifies the logging of hours spent on various tasks, fostering a more organized workflow. Additionally, Harvest excels as a predictive tool for future project planning. By analyzing past project data, I can accurately estimate the duration and resource allocation for upcoming proposals. This not only streamlines our proposal process but also enhances our efficiency in project execution. Moreover, Harvest’s reporting features offer deep insights into productivity trends, allowing us to identify areas for improvement and adjust our strategies accordingly. Overall, Harvest has become an indispensable tool in our arsenal, significantly contributing to our operational effectiveness and strategic planning.

We use it across the whole organization to clock-in and clock-out. We also use it for dozens of clients. It helps us to track the amount of time so we can bill our clients correctly. The software helps us stay on budget for each of our clients by allowing us to input a specific budget amount and receive notifications when we are close to hitting that limit.

We use Harvest between our graphic design and interior design departments to track billable time, as well as analyze hours spent on projects for time and billing efficiency. Harvest allows us to seamlessly track time between departments and collaborative projects which is especially helpful with employees working from home as well as from different states. Overall using Harvest has allowed us to improve our billing process on projects with our sales team.

Our entire company uses Harvest to capture the timesheets for our staff for given tasks, roles and projects; and then use that information to run reports to be used as data for billing. This is the basic minimum requirement that we needed. The ability to apply different rates to specific tasks and run reports and insights on that specific task is very valuable.

At this time we are not using it to send and receive invoices because the software we we coming from didn’t offer that and we had developed other processes. Although I can see that it is part of the Harvest suite. So far I enjoy how user-friendly and intuitive Harvest is.

We implemented Harvest for time tracking and expense management across multiple clients and at one point had a few hundred consultants billing through it. It was used across the organization and solve time tracking in preparation for invoicing clients as well as expense management for clients reimbursement and company reimbursement. It was also use to pay hourly contractors.

Harvest is used by every employee at my company. We use harvest for expense tracking and for hour tracking against all of our different client contracts. Harvest allows us to customize how we track our time, and makes pulling detailed time reports very easy. The user interface is very easy to use, and a vast improvement over our previous time-tracking software we were using.

We use Harvest to track time for each employee. We also use it to track time for different projects that we bill hourly for. Every employee uses it to track their daily hours as well as the hours that they put in for various clients. It makes billing much easier because we can show how long each employee worked on each project.

We use Harvest for our time tracking, invoicing, and some billing. Our business uses billable hours so we use the harvest app to track the time we spend on each client. We can set different billable rates for different people or rates for different tasks. It also handles flat-rate projects, recurring monthly fees, and retainers quite well. At any time, we can see our billable time, how much each client owes, and how much of that has already been invoiced. Twice a month we invoice everyone for what they owe using Harvest. It's pretty simple to use and reliable.

We use Harvest across our organization to track all of our time on our own projects, client projects, and really, everything else that goes on! It helps us really understand where our time and money are going, and it's user-friendly for everyone in our organization. I have been using it for almost 2 years, and it has become second nature to switch timers and keep everything on track.

We used Harvest to time track hours for our customer success team. Both engineers and customer success managers used it. We found it helpful and a non-arduous way to time track (since time tracking can be the absolute worst!). Harvest is an enjoyable time tracking experience, and we'd recommend it again.

One of my clients uses Harvest and when I started working with them they asked me to use it to record all of my time and expenses on the projects I was working on. It solves the simple problem of tracking what time is done on what. As well as to record when expenses are incurred and on what project. Every second I spend on doing work for this client is recorded on Harvest plain and simple as it's a great solution to track what you are doing and for how long.

Harvest is used by the owner of Cantle Tech, Inc. so she can control payment to her employees and how many hours and time to bill individual clients and projects. It's easy for her to manage and it's easier for me to track my time through this online portal than to create and manage individual invoices for hours worked on various projects.

We use Harvest for the entire company. We are small online business owners who support multiple clients. Harvest allows us to log our hours so we know how long each project is taking. Then, once the projects are complete, we are able to view how long each project took us. If it is a retainer project, Harvest will send you a warning email to let you know when you are about to use up your hours for the retainer. It is a great resource for small business owners. It also sends invoices which is great so you don't need multiple apps.

All employees use Harvest to reflect time worked on projects for clients. Our whole organization uses it. We use it as a tool to show clients how much time is used to complete projects, requests, and brainstorming. This answers the question clearly for ourselves and our clients; which is helpful when we decide on how much to charge clients for projects.

Harvest is how my company managers multiple clients as a digital marketing company. I am able to send invoices, and track time all in one location. Not only can you send detailed invoices for hourly clients but you can auto send retainers. Some of my clients also don’t want to think about paying their bill each month so they opted into auto pay which takes out the money each month for them.

As our non-profit continues to grow both in mission and personnel, senior leadership desired to understand how some key groups spent their time. Specifically, how many work hours are spent on revenue vs. non-revenue projects. Harvest has helped quickly and easily provide reports to back up what were a rough estimation of hours spent on projects in the past.

Harvest is being used to track employee time, contractor time, manage project details, and manage/reconcile client budgets. It is being used across the whole organization for time tracking but project and account managers use it more thoroughly to manage project details as it pertains to resource and budget. It allows our organization to have access to resource allocation that is easily viewed in report format for audits and billing.

Our entire organization uses Harvest. For one, it gives us a good idea of how much time on average each employee is working in a given week. Most importantly, however, it gives us a good idea of work is being spread across clients - are we spending too much time on a certain client, or not enough on another? Additionally, we compare the time data to revenue data to see if there is anything to learn or improve from our pricing model.

I was a part of a small engineering consulting group that used Harvest for time and expense tracking as well as tracking budgets for specific projects. We used Harvest for both Time & Materials projects and Firm Fixed projects. Everyone in the company used it for tracking their hours spent on each project. Project lead and managers used Harvest for making sure each project was on budgetary schedule. The owner of the company also looked at the reports generated from Harvest.

Working for lots of clients, it's important to track my time effectively and be able to relay to clients what I've been working on. Using Harvest allows me to categorize my work by project and by task. It's great for helping me stay on track with my assignments and ensure I'm not going over budget on projects.

We use Harvest for individual team members to track time spent on client projects. Then, on our billing side, we manage invoices based on entered hours or just a flat project rate. From within the program, we can update the invoices, send them to the client with a customized message, and mark paid once payment is received.
