It is one of the best analytical tool that we use in our industry on daily basis. Automatic behaviour tracking of our users is the best feature we use it daily

- Funnel optimisation is the best feature which helps in the better conversions of our users.
- Heap also helps us in understanding and identifying the users.
- Non Tech savvy person can access the tool very easily for obtaining the resources
Cons
- Initial onboarding set up is quiet difficult at times. But thanks to tutorials available
Accuracy of data is super astonishing compared to other tools available in the market. Pricing and support is too good.
