Overall Satisfaction with HelloSign

HelloSign is used on the sales team to send contracts and allow for electronic signature. Our contracts are fairly lengthy, so the ability to sign a document on screen as opposed to printing, signing, and scanning is a huge benefit.

Pros

  • Templates which can be shared across the team
  • Notifications to inform you when a document has been viewed, signed, completed, etc.
  • Integrations into multiple systems such as Gmail, DropBox, and SalesForce

Cons

  • I've had issues with the ability to CC non-signers on contracts being sent
  • It has sped up the process of getting contracts completed
From a functional perspective, HelloSign is similar. However, I prefer HelloSign's pricing model.
HelloSign is great for sales teams or anyone else who regularly sends contracts.
