Overall Satisfaction with Hibob
We use HiBob for all of our HR and people-related needs throughout the employee lifecycle. This includes on-boarding and off-boarding, performance management, time management, surveys on things such as training and development, benefits management, general engagement surveys, and people-based reporting. As the only person currently in my team due to a mass downsizing during the pandemic, HiBob gives me a lot of time back I didn't have with the previous system due to the automation available for users. As we work across 3 countries, HiBob also makes it super easy when it comes to reporting to make specific selections as opposed to having to manually edit large chunks of data as we did with the old system we used. The only thing missing for me is an expenses portal.

Breathe was our previous system and addressed very basic HRIS needs. This was fine when we were a smaller business, however, as we began to grow, it very quickly became labor-intensive in on and off-boarding. In addition to this, the UI wasn't great, meaning people would avoid using it when they could, and customer support was also quite a long process. We first took on Hibob in its very early stages and the customer support was second-to-none in helping us get our data moved over and everything up and running.
