Overall Satisfaction with HID DigitalPersona

HID DigitalPersona is like a security system for our organisation because there are lots of data related to our business that need to be secured from our competitions and online fraudsters so we use this platform to provide a additional production to our computer systems and cloud based servers which give a extra protection other than having a normal password.

Pros

  • The software make sure that all of our website and web application login details are secured
  • The quality of login method has also improved with the help of HID DigitalPersona as now we are using fingerprints and biometric scans for the complete login
  • The software has secured all of our computer systems, laptops and mobile devices that are working for our business

Cons

  • One of the main challenge with HID DigitalPersona is that the installation is quite Complex and the completeintegration will take more than 15 to 20 days
  • The solutions are capital centric for biometric scanners and finger print readers we need extra hardware devices and this can add extra cost in a small organisation
  • The quality of support team of this software is not that great
  • We have been able to maintain a better security system for our company
  • The overall employee retention rate has been increased to more than 65% this year as compared to last year
  • The investment in keeping data secured has also reduced to 56% after we have installed HID DigitalPersona in our company
HID DigitalPersona has different type of usages in our company and it has some of the best feature that I liked. The biometric login that provides our employee a simple way to get access to all the devices and different servers. Just by fingerprint scans this is done and it saves us a lot of time snd resource
The integration of HID DigitalPersona with Microsoft active directory help us in safeguarding all the login details of our different employees and this integration help us in doing the quick logins by the help of already saved data in directory so that maximum time can be saved and the manual work can also be minimised that to just in few seconds
I mostly secure my Google work space and Microsoft Office with the help of HID DigitalPersona because all of our documents are available in these platforms only and most of our new data are also created with these Softwares and now it is done with the proper user login
There are different types of login methods available that HID DigitalPersona provides and for multiple Factor authentication using azure ad along with passwords, biometric scans and fingerprint the security points make sure that the logins are done by the right person and in minimum time so that authenticity and productivity of this software can be maintained

We have been using HID DigitalPersona for more than 3 years now and one of the best part of this tool is that it is completely cloud based and it safeguards our servers, systems and personal data so it has been one of the most important software for our business so far. It is just little complex to install and costly to maintain otherwise it is a great tool
