Overall Satisfaction with Higher Logic

Higher Logic is the provider of our online community and our volunteer management system. They are by far are one of the best vendors that we utilize. Their support staff and leadership is top notch. I trust the company and the direction the company is headed in.
  • Customer support is reactive and communicates well.
  • Sales team does a great job in providing opportunities to utilize more of their product offerings.
  • R&D is always ahead of expectations.
  • My only concern about the vendor is the speed at which they are growing.
  • Higher Logic has a huge impact on our association. As a membership organization our membership engagement is very important.
  • Through their activity synch they help us meet our strategic agenda for member retention.
Higher Logic is the premier vendor for online community management. They offer a great product, that when needed they support their customers, and provide opportunities for their clients to grow with their offerings.

Using Higher Logic

90 - Membership, Marketing, Events, Accreditation, Volunteers, Sponsorship and Exhibits.
I support it as database administrator and oversee integrations. We have staff that support HL as system administrators. They manage groups/committees within our community and provide end user support as needed. Additionally we have individuals that add or prompt content and discussions.

They are a great company that offer great products - primarily their community. As they continue to grow and expand their offerings, I believe they will increase the number of products that offer and in turn grow their client base. We use their community, activity synch, and volunteer manager currently.

It is a very easy, intuitive system to use. Both as an internal administrator and also as an external user.
