Overall Satisfaction with Dialpad Meetings (formerly UberConference)
I use Highfive to run my team meetings. We follow an Agile approach to production and have a team of 10 people across three time zones. [We have] daily stand-up meetings, with and at least one other hour-long team meeting each day.
Most of my organization uses highfive in similar manners.
Most of my organization uses highfive in similar manners.
- Face to face conversations mean so much more than a traditional conference call.
- Camera quality is great, wide angle shows an entire room.
- Easily integrates with people outside the organization. In just a few clicks, they can join in and collaborate.
- Works great with a laptop and a good headset.
- It constantly asks for feedback after every call. I think because I use it so much, it gets annoying. It's just an extra click that I don't want to have to do.
- It would be nice to be able to toggle through the participants when there are more than 3 people on a call.
- It would be nice to be able to change the size of the the video of the physical room you are in. Or move that to another window?
- Quick issue clarificaiton
- Team building
- Active participants, great collaboration
HighFive just worked out of the box. Hangouts was problematic, with dropped calls and weird sound effects. The integrated cameras with HighFive are reliable and provide a quality conferencing option.
