Overall Satisfaction with HipChat

The whole company works remotely. It's our entire daily communication tool.

Pros

  • The visual layout is great for keeping track of our small team.

Cons

  • The only thing I can think of is that we have to use a different program for our voice and video calls.
To me, they're completely different because I use Skype only occasionally for personal calls.
I think HipChat works great for small teams. It's very compact and straightforward.
