The whole company works remotely. It's our entire daily communication tool.

Pros and Cons

The visual layout is great for keeping track of our small team.

The only thing I can think of is that we have to use a different program for our voice and video calls.

Alternatives Considered

Skype

To me, they're completely different because I use Skype only occasionally for personal calls.

I think HipChat works great for small teams. It's very compact and straightforward.
