Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use hireEZ for outbound recruitment across Canada. We needed a quicker way to find passive candidates and to reach out to them outside of the normal methods such as Social Media. We needed a way to find candidate contact information and to automate the initial contact of the passive candidate.

hireEZ is well suited to any organization with a larger budget looking to hire people quicker. This tool, like any tool, is only as effective as it's users. If a company cannot dedicate the time necessary to make this successful, it won't be. If your recruitment team prefers to post and prey, this is not the tool for you. If they prefer to be proactive with their sourcing, jump on this!
