Overall Satisfaction with HireVue
We started using HIreVue in the sales department to ensure that we are hiring the right candidates for the position and our company. Additionally, we are using the Accelerate platform to conduct sales role playing. The sales team is sharpening their message and we are instituting peer feedback.
We are looking to expand the use of HireVue into the development team with the CodeVue platform within the next few months.

- Hire the best sales professional in a short amount of time
- Institute sales role playing to drive a consistent message to the market
- The Hirevue setup was really easy and we did it in record time. We needed a solution quick and the Hirevue team got us up and running in under 1 week. We started with the standard landing page and email template but we live very quickly.
- The user experience from our side as well as the candidate side was well received. This is important because we are a startup company and have to be agile and so do our candidates.
- The Hirevue mobile app was easy to use and allowed me to take interviews on my vacation (on the beach) without sucking up a ton of time. I was able to do 4 or 5 interviews over 2 days while on vacation!
