Overall Satisfaction with HireVue
We use HireVue in Talent Acquisition as a replacement for phone screening selected candidates for corporate positions.
Pros
- See quality candidates earlier in the selection process.
- More dynamic than a phone interview or static resume.
- Convenient, efficient and easy to use for both candidates and hiring managers.
Cons
- Would be great if HireVue integrated with our ATS.
- Allows us to provide a branded candidate experience. We receive positive feedback from our candidates, elevating our employer brand.
- We've been able to review and bring in quality candidates earlier in the selection process.
