Overall Satisfaction with HireVue

We have had HireVue for about a year, and just entered a multi-year contract. We use HireVue in our talent acquisition department, to replace the phone screen portion of our work flow on business as usual positions. We communicate with the candidate that HireVue is a condition of the application. While our recruiters do not use it regularly, we are encouraging them to use it more and more. We are a bit slow to change.
  • HireVue is easy to use with clear written directions for both candidates and hiring managers.
  • The customer service that we receive is second to none.
  • Training opportunities are endless.
  • Not a weakness of HireVue as a new technology; it has been slow to adopt on our end, and to work into our standard workflow.
  • I really don't know of any features that are hard to use.
  • The ROI should be good. We, as a team did not use it to it's full value in 2015, but will continue to move forward with it.
  • We can offer better customer service to our candidates using the live interview feature.
  • Hiring managers can see as much/little of a video interview as they want, saving them time in the long run.
HireVue is great for high volume positions, and business as usual. Additionally, the live interview feature is leaps and bounds ahead of Skype. It has allowed us to recruit nationally, and still save on travel costs.
