Pros

HireVue makes it very easy to send out Digital Interviews that candidates can take on their own schedule - 24/7.
HireVue makes it easy to report off you who you send Digital Interviews to, and if they took the interview or not.
HireVue makes it easy to automatically send out reminders via email or phone to candidates that have been sent the Digitial Interview but have yet to take it.

Cons

Hirevue should work on the marketing of their product to candidates so people are aware that this is a normal process for companies now - to do Digital Interviews.

Return on Investment

The #1 ROI I have seen is getting the most qualified candidates through the recruitment process faster while using fewer resources.

Likelihood to Recommend

Very well suited for high volume recruiting and works well in shared services environment.

It would be a lot easier if candidates knew this was becoming more and more normal. We understand that not all candidates are comfortable with taking digital interviews. However, our social media sites indicate that this is the way of the future, and more companies are starting to turn to digital interviewing. I will make sure this feedback is heard, and hopefully we can get better at letting candidates know that the digital interviews are a norm.
