Overall Satisfaction with HireVue
HireVue was being used by our organization as a tool to replace our phone screen process. HireVue was replaced less than a month ago by
another vendor.

- HireVue’s technology is very intuitive and easy to use with minimal training and support. This makes for easy user administration, support, and maintenance.
- HireVue's name is well known and respected in our industry. Using a well respected name makes it easy to connect and network with other HireVue users.
- HireVue's employees are very professional, polite, courteous, and helpful.
- We use a front end vendor that HireVue isn't integrated with. From a functionality standpoint we couldn't use the HireVue Taleo integration we were most interested in because HireVue required the candidate to log into Taleo to complete the interview. That being said, I would love to see enhancements around the HireVue Taleo integration.
- Increasing take rates was always a pain point for one of our business units. Unfortunately, HireVue didn't have solutions for take rate issues applicable to our company. I would like to see HireVue have more creative options for solving take rate issues.

- Decrease in cost for flying remote candidates to a company location for an in-person interview

After deliberation and review my company decided the business needs were better aligned with an alternate vendor. HireVue is an excellent tool and can make a huge impact on your company's recruiting process, unfortunately, HireVue just wasn't the correct choice for my company now.
