I work for an HR consulting firm, in a talent acquisition business unit. Our clients source their employment candidates and direct them to HireVue for an interview. We rate the interviews and recommend/do not recommend candidates to the next step in the employment process.
- Intuitive and aesthetically-pleasing interface.
- Provide project management support.
- Versatility in tailoring interview options/organizing interview responses.
- The platform can be rigid/difficult to modify with creative uses of it.
- The platform screens interviewees' systems to ensure sound can be heard; but can't necessarily guarantee a viable interview (e.g., free of background noise, volume high enough to be heard, etc.) will be recorded.
