Reviews from a 1st time user

Hi Zenita! Thanks for reviewing us, we really appreciate it. We're glad that New Visions for Public Schools is on board with us! When the written questions don't match the video, that usually means that whoever recorded the video did not type the correct information for the question itself, and we recommend re-recording the video, or re-typing the question. However, if the video and the questions match in the Interview Creation screen, and they do not match for candidates, that is a problem that needs to be assessed immediately. Please provide me with an example such as a candidate's name, the position name, what questions you have seen that are incorrect, etc. We want HireVue to run flawlessly for everyone! I'm unclear about the expiration time you are referring to. Are you referring to the timeout before you have to answer a question, or the timeout when you start an interview? The interview screen times out when you are starting your interview and you are away from your keyboard or do nothing on the screen for a few minutes. The 30 second count down from when you have to read the question before it starts the interview can be changed by the position creator in the Interview Setup screen. Normally when reviews are blank or there are no stars, this indicates that evaluators don't actually put the star ratings on their candidates. However, if the evaluators have put star ratings and you are not seeing these ratings, we will need to look into this for you. That sounds like a bug. Sorry you are seeing these problems!
