Overall Satisfaction with HireVue

HireVue is being utilized across the entire organization. It address multiple business problems by allowing recruiters and hiring managers to communicate with candidates in an effective way to see if they qualify for a particular position. Another plus is hiring managers and recruiters are able to customize how HireVue is used as well.

  • More detailed instructions.
  • Make Adobe less of a requirement.
  • Simplify web conferencing feature.
  • Increased department efficiency.
  • Better relationship built with potential candidates.
  • Time and money saved before getting too invested in a candidate.
As this is my first time in recruiting, I personally have not used similar products to HireVue. I can image that HireVue's simplicity and user friendly application is definitely something that makes this tool unique compared to other companies. HireVue also has excellent customer service which is often hard to find.
HireVue is well suited for organizations that have a vast number of hiring needs. Recruiters are able to share pre-recorded interviews with hiring managers. This saves both parties time and money! You are able to customize the questions to any position and it's great for all levels within an organization.

    Hey Corric! Thanks so much for taking the time to review us. We're glad to have you on board and we're glad to hear you are happy with Hirevue. As of currently, Adobe Flash is the main resource that we use for camera and microphone permissions. However, we also have WebRTC for certain companies that do not allow Adobe Flash. What kind of usability and features would you like to see to make the web conferencing / Live interviews better? Once candidates start the interview, the process is a step-by-step guide that should be easy to use for anyone.
