Homesnap is a vital part of my success as a Real estate professional. Homesnap allows customers and clients to browse our MLS listings with great confidence. Knowing that the information they are receiving is 100% accurate to what the listing agent puts in the MLS is a game changer

- Homesnap ties in directly to the MLS, unlike some of the other apps.
- Homesnap allows a customer or client to communicate directly with their agent without leaving the app.
- Homesnap, with the iPhone, allows a user to walk the property line in real-time.
- Homesnap is easy to pick up and search for homes within minutes of signing up. There is not a huge learning curve.

- Homesnap could have more filter options.
- Homesnap could implement custom boundary searches.
- Homesnap could give alerts to any new homes that are in a saved filter.
- Homesnap is my go-to tool when speaking with people looking for homes online.
- Having Homesnap on my phone allows me to look up a property within seconds, either by address or MLS number.
- I tell every agent in our office that Homesnap should be their go-to for home searching apps on a mobile device.
In Idaho we are a non-disclosure state, so the accuracy of the "big 3" is laughable. When I first speak to someone searching for a home on another platform I tell them four things.
