Overall Satisfaction with Hopin

We run physical events in the construction and real estate industries. We use Hopin to deliver our online events and also our hybrid element to the physical events so we have another avenue stream for those that want to attend events virtually. We run our own events but also utilize Hopin to run events on behalf of partners.
  • Seamless experience for hybrid events
  • Backend management is so simple
  • Innovation and acquisition - always evolving
  • Mobile app
  • Bespoke nature of the platform
  • Hybrid
  • We can commercialise virtual when running physical events.
  • New sponsorship packages - registration branding or printed tickets through Boomset gives new opportunities here.
  • Time-saving - integration with Boomset means no more manually printing and creating badges, etc.
  • Diversity of the audience - online, we seem to attract more people from minority backgrounds, whether it be gender, ethnicity, etc.
  • Versus other platforms, we've been with a few; this saves hours per every event using Hopin due to the ease of the back end and copying of events.

We were with a company before Hopin - we explored elsewhere due to cost. Pros were design and custom look. We moved to Hopin, it was innovative at the time, although the design wasn't strong the features were. The majority now have the same features. So we did leave Hopin for another platform again because we wanted a custom look, and we were preparing for hybrid. Hopin wasn't ready. We soon realised other platforms we came across are complex, difficult to use. We left and came back to Hopin.
Less Suited - If you want a basic webinar, just use something less complex, or when the events are very large scale and need integration for hybrid elements. Best Suited - anything else: If running a number of recurring events, even if they're different, this platform is exceptional. When running events where you want options like breakout rooms, networking, numerous rooms at the same time, etc., this ticks the boxes.
