Overall Satisfaction with HotSchedules
[It's being used] across the company by all managers and employees. No real issues, but I do feel there are products out there with the same or better tools that might be less expensive.
- Scheduling of employees
- Projections and forecasting
- Daily review of staffing levels
- Forecasting area is confusing
- Delete areas that are used to eliminate clutter
- Creating grids (for holidays for example) is difficult
