All of our staff scheduling is done via HotSchedules. It's a great tool for staff to use to see their schedule anytime and allows for shift swapping and live updates.
- Organizing schedule for staff.
- Allowing for shift swapping.
- Seeing live updates as schedule is changed.
- User interface is not as intuitive as I'd like.
- Mobile app is lacking in functionality.
- Load times are a bit long.
