Use Cases and Deployment Scope

I use HotSchedules daily to schedule employees in the restaurant. It is easy to use and convenient, as I don't have to be at work to use it. I love the app for my iPhone. We currently only use it at 1 of our properties. It makes scheduling easy and makes my job as the scheduler for 4 different departments much easier.

Likelihood to Recommend

Employees can switch whenever they want and use auto-pickup. So the shifts needed are always picked up. Employees can change their availability on the spot and switch out of shifts when their plans change, making my job easier.
