Overall Satisfaction with HotSchedules
We use it for scheduling, forecasting, and communication. It is used at the store level with my 4 corporate stores and at the owner top level to communicate more efficiently with all stores.
- Very user-friendly from the bottom up
- Links with smart phones and Google Calendar so there are fewer "missing shifts" as employees get real-time push notifications of their schedules
- Added features for sales forecasting makes scheduling more efficient
- On going training could be better
- Above Store console could be more user friendly
- More on the back end in terms of scanning in invoices
- integration with POS and payroll company would eliminate a lot of extra data entry time
