Overall Satisfaction with HotSchedules

HotSchedules is used by multiple departments at the resort. This helps with changes of schedules made at the last minute, call offs, and requests for added shifts all within the last minute. Employees are able to contact each other through hotschedules and they're all notified of any changes made.
  • Easy to use app
  • Great for maximizing hours without hitting overtime
  • Allows employees to work amongst themselves to fix scheduling holes or mishaps
  • I am able to create a schedule analysis for the shift leader to assign agents to each shift needed
  • It would be nice if it could accept Excel spread sheet uploads
  • If you can pre-select 8 or 10 hour shifts

I haven't had issues since implementation. Upon configuration, pay period dates and hours of operation were updated immediately.
It's perfect for departments with multiple employees with the same job level and capabilities (particularly duties that heavily rely on timely employees). This system wouldn't be fully useful if it was used for a department with a smaller number of employees or those who have different, more specific, job duties.
