Overall Satisfaction with HotSchedules
I like the accessibility and the layering of security. I also like the integration with our POS system. I am the administrator over several of our stores, and the way HotSchedules allows me to give access to each manager and employee is awesome. I know there are a lot more features than what I am using right now, but I do plan on expanding the usage of HotSchedules in the future.
- As I mentioned, POS integration was top of my list.
- Customer service has been great.
- Security and accessibility are seamless.
- The only issue I have had, has been the changing of personnel with HotSchedules. Getting the new person "up to speed" takes time.

My best experience with HotSchedules is usually on the initial calls I make. The phones are always answered, and the care of the customer service person seems genuine.
