Overall Satisfaction with HotSchedules

We use HotSchedules for our Front of House Employees: Servers, bussers, bartenders, hosts etc. We have also implemented it for our musicians that play nightly at the restaurant. It frees up time for management by allowing employees to cover their own shifts (with approval) and is a great platform for company wide communication as well as employee to employee communication.

HotSchedules support team was very helpful in assisting me getting our musicians Job Codes and contact information imported and set up a specific schedule for them to use.
HotSchedules saves me several hours per week by allowing me to manage daily rosters on the fly. It is a great tool for communication and keeps records of requests, availability and shift swaps.
