Overall Satisfaction with HotSchedules
It is used across the whole organization. We are an amusement park and we use it for scheduling as well as a log book. We have found it to be very helpful in allowing us to reach our employees. I also find it to be helpful in making sure employees are taking constant effort to check and trade shifts.
- The digital app works great.
- The time off/shift trade applications work well.
- The digital logbook is helpful and syncs well with the app allowing managers to quickly and easily report issues.
- I would like employees to be able to change their availability with approval from a manager.
- They are doing a better job of not allowing employees to pick up shifts that overlap with other department but that is still an issue.
- The time off/shift change screen is pain. I would prefer they allow you to select all instead of clicking each employee.

Any time that I have had issues I've been able to get them taken care of in a quick and professional manner. However what I like even more is that I've rarely needed support because the product for the most part has worked pretty seamless for our employees and managers.
