Overall Satisfaction with HotSchedules

We use HotSchedules for our entire restaurant. It helps alleviate scheduling issues, shift swaps between employees, and communication between managers.

Pros

  • Organization of employees and their information
  • Ease of generating multiple schedules in multiple facets of the restaurant
  • Ease of communication between managers and employees

  • I don't have any ideas for improvements. Everything works great for my use.

HotSchedules works great for restaurants. It is easy to manage all the different schedules we have to create and also is a great way to communicate to all employees.
