Overall Satisfaction with HotSchedules
HotSchedules streamlined the scheduling process for us. Allowing employees to trade shifts online saved countless hours of time and frustration. I could manage the schedule no matter where I was. I highly recommend it.
Pros
- Shift swaps.
- Requests off.
- Employee contact information at your fingertips.
Cons
- It wasn't easy to learn how to maneuver within the system.
- Needs to more user-friendly.
- Deleting employees was tricky.
