Overall Satisfaction with HotSchedules
Hot schedules is used company wide within our organizations. It is used to create a one-stop shop for all team members needing to check their schedules, trade shifts, request days off, change availability, etc. It has an additional function allowing team members to clock in but we do not currently use this function.
- Easy to read schedule any time you need it
- Can change availability for schedule writer whenever I want
- Ability to swap shifts or pick up days with other team members
- We do not use the clock in function
- Sends a lot of notifications
- No way to limit how much team members can swap around

Hot Schedules was selected by our organization, not just individual team members. In the past, we used Kronos which was terrible to use. It was not user-friendly and the app never worked, We constantly had to have accounts and passwords reset because Kronos never remembered a user after they logged in. Hot Schedules is much more user-friendly than Kronos.
