Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

At the moment I just use the tool for my one person company and I love it. Can see it being used for bigger companies as well. It is really easy get get started and to use it. Have tried a couple of other CRM tools but they have all been really complex (at least compared to HubSpot CRM).
  • Views that sales people understand
  • Makes follow up tasks really easy
  • Clean and simple to use interface
  • It is so simple that I would say large companies couldn't use it
  • Didn't really use any CRM before because I felt I didn't get anything out of them -> So use of CRM
  • Increased efficiency
  • Better customer contact / support / service
I think size of company (if bigger) might be a crucial point.
