Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

Currently Hubspot's CRM system is being used very sparingly because we also have Salesforce, which is highly customized for what our company does. However, the marketing team uses Hubspot CRM as an easy way to deliver leads to the sales team because of the lead scoring abilities and the ease of looking at the leads directly from Hubspot and Sidekick.
  • It is being directly integrated across the Hubspot platform to the point where it all seems like one piece of software.
  • It's FREE!
  • If you are a company that is just starting or does not have a CRM system it does everything you would ever need it to do and more, from lead scoring, tracking engagement on your site, and reporting.
  • There isn't the open source ability to change things like in some other CRM systems, but that may be seen as a plus by some people who want a very stable, easy-to-use system.
  • No negatives at all since it is a free system
  • It has added to our ability to easily look into leads and how they interact with us. It probably saves about 1 hour a week
It is a different animal that is free and is a very simple, basic CRM vs. a monster system that can be hard to use and can be stretched way beyond a normal CRM's capabilities. The start up time for Hubspot is 0 days/hours if you already are using Hubspot, while Salesforces ramp up time could take 6-8 Months before you launch the product.
If you need it just to be a CRM system you will be very pleased, but we use Salesforce for so many other things such as, order tracking, proposal writing, invoicing, and project management. You can't do those things yet in Hubspot, but as a pure CRM it is a great choice for anyone looking for the basics.
