Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM
I used the Hubspot CRM as a sales tool and to manage leads. I used the CRM myself and also helped other users with onboarding.
It was a great tool to organise and review data about prospects and allow the sales team to see how a prospect was interacting with our content and where they sat in the buyer's journey.

Pros
- Easy to use and quick to master. The layout is laid out well and is logical, it was easy to teach people how to use the CRM, even people who weren't particularly tech savvy.
- Collects useful data about prospects, what they've been looking at, downloading and how they have been interacting with content.
Cons
- CRM could be bigger and more complex but sits in the market comfortably as a smaller alternative to Salesforce.
- Hubspot CRM allows you to see deal forecasts and the actual ROI on particular prospects.
