Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM
HubSpot CRM is being used by the whole company. It gives us a database of our leads for sales people to contact and a central location for us to track all of our communication. It also allows us to review the records of those contacts in conjunction with the marketing software to see what they have done on our site previously to sell better.

No integration with the HubSpot database we didn't want to have two databases. However, Nutshell offers an amazing ability for sales people to follow a specific sales process and has great metrics you can measure through their reports and HubSpot lacks that but I am sure they are working on that next.
