Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

My role consists of reaching out to new leads and creating new business opportunities. HubSpot helps me efficiently keep track of tasks and understand past relations between my organisation and external organisations. It is also where I store all useful information about my leads. It helps me keep track of all communication with my leads. A lot of my work can be automatized through HubSpot and that saves me tons of time.

Pros

  • Automatise sending batch emails in sequences
  • Automatically keep track of communications
  • Automatically fill company details from URL
  • Provide a platform for task management
  • Provides a tool for working as a team

Cons

  • LinkedIn Integration feels insufficient
  • Teams integration (e.g.. to have a teams meeting automatically added to the meetings scheduled from HubSpot)

HubSpot is a great tool for growing your sales if you're working as part of a team and with other departments and with large volumes of contacts.

It is not well suited for solo entrepreneurs.
