Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM
My role consists of reaching out to new leads and creating new business opportunities. HubSpot helps me efficiently keep track of tasks and understand past relations between my organisation and external organisations. It is also where I store all useful information about my leads. It helps me keep track of all communication with my leads. A lot of my work can be automatized through HubSpot and that saves me tons of time.

- Provides a tool for working as a team
Cons
- LinkedIn Integration feels insufficient
- Teams integration (e.g.. to have a teams meeting automatically added to the meetings scheduled from HubSpot)
