Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

I use HubSpot constantly during the day as CRM. Such an helpful tool to manage contacts and relations progress day-by-day.

Pros

  • data organization
  • user interface
  • clustering

Cons

  • a tab to add the company in contact
  • marketing funnel
  • internal contacts management
  • prospect relations and scheduling
Previously I worked with Vtiger, but HubSpot is absolutely much better.
It's a perfect connector between these two departments.
I used Vtiger for more that 6 years, but HubSpot has such more functions.
