Hubspot is for sure the easiest CRM to use, you can learn it in very quickly, compared to other CRM's I used as Salesforce and Pipefy. Also there is a lot of videos and trainings that you can do inside the CRM to learn how to do anything inside there.

No CRM is going to magically make your business grow for you. There will always be work to ensure it operates how you expect it to. the CRM is not responsible for the quality of the data or leads. So why do I recommend it so highly? Because it's easy to learn and easy to train employees on.

I give it this rating because when I first joined the team here I had never used HubSpot before. Within a week I was up to speed on the CRM and knew pretty much how to use it based on its user friendliness. The different tabs on the side and organization of the site did not make me anxious when I first started which is hard to say for most CRM platforms because their can be A LOT going on on but, HubSpot has been my favorite CRM thus far and being in marketing the last 7, going on 8 years now I have worked with PLENTY of CRM's.

I have only ever used one other CRM, which was RentCafe mixed with Yardi, for a leasing office. It was not super functional. This has many more options to make notes, log calls and emails, etc. There was a lot of jumping back and forth between the two systems and wasn't super helpful. I love that HubSpot is dedicated on one site.
