Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot Sales Hub

We use HubSpot Sales Hub to reach out to prospective leads & organize workflow. HubSpot Sales Hub allows us to maximize efficiency in outreach and to easily keep track of all correspondences. You can even create outreach content in HubSpot Sales Hub, allowing you to have access to all of your emails in one place. HubSpot Sales Hub syncs with gmail minimizing time spent swapping between applications.

I have previous experience using Close. The email sequences did not include options for adding tasks such as 'call' or LI outreach, thus, the workflow wasn't as organized. Close did have better smart views or options for grouping clients. The number of leads I was working with was completely different in each case, so I think both CRMS were suitable

HubSpot Sales Hub is really great for organizing workflow. If you have a smaller lead pool & you don't want to be repetitively reaching out to the same people, HubSpot Sales Hub allows you to put leads on a sequence and work off of your tasks. You don't have to worry about manually monitoring cold email outreach. HubSpot Sales Hub lacks slightly in its organizing of leads when not on sequence. There is not a lot of search options except for searching specifics, such as name & company.
